Kids!

I love working with kids. They are such a blessing and God has given me a huge heart for them. I have so many kids in my life that no matter what I will never forget and really just bless my life so much. They might only be 5 years old but their love can have a huge impact and be pretty special. I love watching kids grow up and God really work on them and the kids letting God change their lives. He can have an impact at such a young age and it's so wonderful! I have several kids in my life that are like brothers and sisters. I just love them and would do anything for them. So what happens when we get older and it's so much harder to love people? People learn more and become different. Thinking of the innocence of a child it seems crazy the things people can become but it happens in this world. That is why I believe at such a young age it is vital to teach them about Christ. Everyone deserves to know the word of God. I strongly believe people should be told about God from the moment they are born and be able to know about Him. They younger they are when they accept Him the stronger their faith can be and hopefully less regrets. God is so good and has given us so many people we just need to love them all. Regardless of age all people are children of Christ and should be loved.
Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court. (Psalm 127:3-5 NIV).
Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it. (Proverbs 22:6 NIV).
At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who, then, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me. (Matthew 18:1-5 NIV).
I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth. (3 John 1:4 NIV).
People were bringing little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them. When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them. (Mark 10:13-16 NIV).
I praise God for all the kids in my life!!!
